Heather’s passion for farming life shines through in her stories, inspired by her experiences living in rural Queensland.
Drawing from her deep knowledge and firsthand experience of farming life in rural Queensland, Heather brings authenticity to every story she writes.
Heather Reyburn enjoyed an idyllic childhood in beautiful New Zealand before making her home on Queensland’s Darling Downs. Surrounded by nature, animals, and the rhythms of farm life, Heather developed a lifelong love of the land—one that would eventually shape the stories she writes today.
With a deep passion for farming life, history, and heartfelt storytelling, Heather draws inspiration from her rural lifestyle and years of experience living in the countryside. Her novels are filled with warmth, suspense, and richly drawn characters who linger in the reader’s heart long after the final page. She especially loves writing happy endings—stories where love, hope, and resilience take centre stage.
