Make a Payment
Council currently offers online payments for:
- Rates and Water Notices
- Debtor Invoices
- Animal Registration Renewals
- Infringement payments
You will require a valid VISA or Mastercard credit card. Currently the Southern Downs Regional Council does not accept American Express cards.
For security purposes, your transaction will be processed by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia's online payment facility.
At no point will your credit card details be accessible by Council staff.
