Notice of Sale of Land for Overdue Rates
Southern Downs Regional Council hereby gives notice that, unless the rates and charges owing on the land identified below (details of which have already been supplied to the respective registered owner/s of the land), together with all expenses incurred in connection with the proposed sale are not paid in full, the said lands will be sold by public auction. The public auction will be held at 10:00 am on 14 May 2025 at Warwick Town Hall, 72 Palmerin Street, Warwick Qld 4370. Auction registrations open from 9:30 am on 14 May 2025.

Terms of Sale
By lodgement of 10% deposit in cash or EFTPOS on the fall of the hammer, the balance to be paid by way of bank cheque, transfer, EFPTOS or cash no later than 4.00 pm on the day of the auction.

Inspections
Property inspections will not be facilitated before the auction, as there may be occupants residing in the property. Council requests that you please respect their privacy.
