Southern Downs Regional Council invites the community to take proactive steps toward personal emergency preparedness with free one-on-one Person-Centred Emergency Preparedness (PCEP) sessions at the Warwick Library.
These drop-in sessions offer a supportive space for people with a disability, or anyone supporting someone vulnerable, to explore tools, discuss potential risks and create practical strategies to stay safe during an emergency. You’ll discuss topics about being disaster ready including:
- Where will you go and what will you take?
- What equipment will you need?
- What’s in your emergency kit?
- What happens to your pets?
- Who will you tell?
When: Every Friday & Saturday, 11:00am – 12:00pm until Christmas
Where: Warwick Library, Albion St, Warwick
Cost: Free – no bookings required
