Southern Downs Regional Council meetings are conducted on a monthly basis and rotated between the Warwick and Stanthorpe Chambers.
All ordinary council meetings are live streamed on Council's YouTube channel.
Public attendance is welcomed. However, members of the public wishing to attend an Ordinary Council Meeting in person must register in advance as limits apply. Call (07) 4661 0359 to register.
Except when invited to do so by the Chair, a member of the public shall not take or attempt to take part in the proceedings of a meeting.
