The Warwick Daily News Lifeline Bookfest is being held on Friday 18 May and Saturday 19 May. Proudly sponsored by the Warwick Daily News since 1989 the Warwick Bookfest is one of Lifeline Darling Downs & South West QLD'S major fundraisers. All proceeds raised from the event go towards their crisis support and suicide prevention services in this region. There will hundreds of donated books on sale with nothing over $5.00 with many much less. Doors open Friday 3pm- 8pm and Saturday 8am – 2pm at St Mary’s Hall, Cnr Wood Street and Acacia Avenue, Warwick. There’s free admission, free parking and Eftpos available, so why not pop along and stock up on your reading material for winter!
