  • Community Connections is a service offered by Lifeline Darling Downs & South West Qld. Community Connections facilitators work with individuals across the Southern Downs to highlight existing services, provide access to the right resources and build awareness of community well-being. The program builds the capacity of local trusted individuals to support community members experiencing distress and enables them to provide a safe gateway to care.
