Application Lodgement and Tracking

View details of development, planning, plumbing and building applications, your land and property details online

Council's Online Services provides access to track your provided online is made available for general information and is provided on good faith.

eProperty

Ratepayers can use eProperty to view their property details, including rate payments history and registered animals.  To access eProperty, users will need to Register for Online Services. Submitted registrations will be verified by a Council officer and enabled in the system within 3 business days.  Users will receive an email confirming account activation and will then be able to log into eProperty.

Development Application Tracking Service

The Development Application Tracking Service is a self-help planning and development tool which enables users to find information about development applications by property or by application number.  It can provide residents, applicants, contractors, development industry, visitors and the business sector with up to date information on the process of properly-made applications within the Southern Downs Region. Users do not need to register to use Council’s Development Application Tracking Service.

eSubmit for New Development Applications

New development applications can be lodged using eSubmit including the attachment of forms, plans and supporting documentation, and payment of lodgement fees for:

  • eSubmit Material Change of Use
    No online payment - a Council officer will contact you for payment of fees after the application is lodged through eSubmit
  • Reconfiguration of a Lot
    No online payment - a Council officer will contact you for payment of fees after the application is lodged through eSubmit
  • Plumbing & Drainage Work
    Online payment of fees when application is lodged through eSubmit

Please note that the eSubmit service is for the lodgement of new development or permit applications only. You can lodge an application to change or extend an existing approval or permit over the counter, by post or by email.  Council can only receive an application up to 40MB in size.  For applications above this size, alternate options could be: to compress the file; send file via numerous emails; or upload file to a drop box that Council can access.

To register your details for the lodging of an application, property details click here and complete the details.  Submitted registrations will be finalised in the system within 3 business days.  Users will receive an email confirming account activation and will then be able to lodge applications through Council’s eSubmit service.

The eSubmit Module is a joint initiative of Southern Downs Regional Council and the Queensland Government.
