Development Application Tracking Service
This is a self-help planning and development tool which enables users to find information about development applications by property or by application number. It can provide residents, applicants, contractors, development industry, visitors and the business sector with up to date information on the process of properly-made applications within the Southern Downs Region. Users do not need to register to use Council’s Development Application Tracking Service.

New applications for a Material Change of Use or Reconfiguration of a Lot can be lodged using eSubmit including the attachment of forms, plans and supporting documentation.
