Organisation Summary
Ozcare provides in-home support services to assist clients to live independently in their own home through a variety of ways.

Ozcare provides in-home support services to assist clients to live independently in their own home through a variety ways.

 

Community Aged Care Packages and Extended Aged Care Packages provide personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, in home respite care, social support  for shopping and transport. Extended Aged Care at Home packages also provide for nursing, allied health care and assistance with specialized equipment.

Extended Aged Care at Home Dementia packages offer high care services to people with dementia to assist them to live independently in the community.

National Respite for Carers provide respite services to support carers, including those who are employed or wishing to return to the workforce. Support is also provided for carers looking after people with dementia and frail aged people. 

Home and Community care provides for personal care (assistance with showering, grooming and dressing) Domestic Assistance, In-Home respite, Social support, shopping.

Bush Connection and Rural Families Support Service is a free confidential service providing support to families with children who are facing crisis arising from isolation or relocation form rural to urban areas. The service provides information and referral to other services, ongoing support to develop parenting skills, communicating , self esteem, self awareness and self confidence. It also provides assistance in resolving family tension and breakdown and community living support.  

A Dementia support service is also available for people with dementia and their carers and service providers who support people with dementia.

Ozcare supplies Carelink Medical Alarms for clients requiring a 24 hour monitoring service to ensure the safety of frail aged and vulnerable groups in their homes.
