As part of its budgetary process each year Council's sets its General Fees & Charges for the upcoming financial year. When determining the Fees & Charges, Council considers factors such as CPI increases and Council's actual costs.
In general, the increase in fees is relatively modest and the review of the fees from which Council derives its main fee income is ongoing.
