Development Application Tracking Service
This is a self-help planning and development tool which enables users to find information about development applications by property or by application number.
It can provide residents, applicants, contractors, development industry, visitors and the business sector with up to date information on the process of properly-made applications within the Southern Downs Region.
To be able to view your properties’ details, including rate payments history and registered animals, you will need to register with the service.
Once you have submitted your registration, a Council officer will verify your credentials and will enable you in the system within 3 business days.
You will receive an email that will confirm your that your account has been activated. You will then be able to log into the system.
