Funding Streams

    Guidelines

    The Grants to Community Guidelines includes a Glossary of Terms and Frequently Asked Questions.  Everything an applicant needs to know about the Grants to Community Funding Streams can be found in the Guidelines.  Council encourages all applicants to read the Grants to Community Guidelines prior to completing their application form online. 

    Community Information Sessions

    The Community Information Sessions took place on 5 July 2017 in Warwick with 59 people attending and on 6 July 2017 in Stanthorpe with 23 people attending.  Overall, 48 Southern Downs not-for-profit organisations were represented at the Information Sessions.

    Application Forms

    Applications for Council's Grants to Community Funding Streams are made online via SmartyGrants and will be available for completion in accordance with the dates each Round opens and closes as noted above. 

    Click on the grant name link below that you are applying for which will re-direct you to SmartyGrants, where you complete the on-line application form.

    Requests for Council Sponsorship

    Requests for sponsorship from Council are to be made by submitting an application form through one of the relevant Grants to Community Funding Streams - when it is open.

    Requests for Letters of Support

    Requests for a Letter of Support from Council to accompany a grant funding application need to be made by completing a Request for Letter of Support Form (PDF 146.4KB) (PDF 146.4KB) and returning it to Council.  Please allow five (5) working days for completion.
